A JustJobs Network initiative

The FutureWORKS Collective is a global network of research organisations finding solutions to help labour markets adjust to challenges posed by technology, climate change and the energy transition.

As global labour markets continue to undergo transition induced by rapid technological advancement and climate change, there is not enough research that captures the diverse experiences of the Global South. The FutureWORKS Collective, funded by IDRC Canada, is a consortium of five distinguished organizations who will spearhead research hubs across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America. Led by the JustJobs Network, this initiative underscores the urgency of adapting research and policies to the realities of the Global South.
